Halo Water Proofing has been the Middleburg area's go-to call for Crawl Space Encapsulation because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
Halo Water Proofing started as a small PA crew and grew because Middleburg customers kept referring us to neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Every technician on our Middleburg crew is background-checked, factory-trained on the equipment we install, and held to the same estimate we quote you over the phone — no upsell surprises when the truck pulls up.
Call now and talk to an actual technician, not a script. We'll walk you through what's likely going on and get a crew scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems rarely announce themselves all at once — they usually show up as small clues first. Here's what our Middleburg technicians hear about most often before an inspection.
If the basement smells damp even when it looks dry, moisture is likely moving through the walls or floor somewhere.
Stair-step cracks in block foundations are a common early warning sign we see across Middleburg-area homes.
It's easy to dismiss efflorescence as harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement through the wall.
If your pump is running around the clock instead of only during storms, it's worth having it evaluated before it fails completely.
A bowing basement wall is a structural concern in addition to a water one — this is the kind of Middleburg call we prioritize fast.
Peeling paint low on a basement wall or warped baseboards upstairs often trace back to moisture migrating up from below.
Every Middleburg property is different — soil, slope, foundation age, water table depth. We size the fix to the actual problem, not a one-size package.
When your Middleburg basement floods, minutes matter for your drywall, flooring, and belongings. We dispatch a crew fast, pull the water, and start drying the space with commercial-grade equipment the same visit.
Call for Emergency Service →Hairline cracks are how most Middleburg basements start leaking. We use polyurethane injection to seal the crack from the inside out, stopping the leak at the source instead of just painting over the symptom.
Get a Crack Assessment →A tired or undersized sump pump is the #1 reason we get emergency calls in Middleburg after heavy rain. We install battery backup units so your basement stays dry even if the power goes out mid-storm.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →An interior drain tile system channels water to a sump pump before it ever reaches your Middleburg basement floor — one of the most reliable long-term fixes we install.
Ask About Drain Systems →Musty smell upstairs that you can't explain? It's usually the crawl space. Our Middleburg crews encapsulate the space fully — floor, walls, and vents — so moisture stops migrating into your living areas.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Middleburg commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations aren't disrupted mid-project.
Request a Commercial Quote →No confusing steps, no hard sell — just the same process our Middleburg crews follow on every job.
We start with a phone conversation, not a script — enough to know whether this is an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
A technician inspects the Middleburg property in person, checking the foundation, drainage, grading, and any active moisture before recommending a fix.
You receive a written, itemized quote before any work begins — the number you approve is the number you're billed.
Once the repair is done, you get documentation of the work and a written warranty — not just a handshake.
We quote the job in writing after inspecting it in person, so what you agree to on the phone or at your door is what shows up on the final invoice.
Our trucks stage locally around Middleburg, which is why emergency calls typically get a technician on-site in under two hours, not "sometime tomorrow."
If a covered repair fails, we come back and make it right. That's written into every contract, not just promised on the phone.
If your Middleburg basement just needs a $200 crack seal instead of a $12,000 system, that's what we'll tell you.
We document the damage with photos and a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use, and we'll walk you through the claim process.
Word of mouth is still how most Middleburg customers find us, which keeps our standards higher than a big out-of-town franchise.
"Called at 6am with a flooded basement and had a tech at my door by 8. No runaround, no upsell — just fixed it."
"Fair price, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves. Wish more contractors worked like this."
"Our old sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. They had a battery backup system installed within a day. Haven't worried about it since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, no back-and-forth, crew was professional the whole project."
"French drain install took two days like they said it would, not five. Yard was put back together better than before."
"Technician actually explained why the water was coming in instead of just quoting a number. First contractor who's done that for us."
