Halo Water Proofing has been the Middleburg area's go-to call for Basement Waterproofing because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
Halo Water Proofing is a licensed and insured Basement Waterproofing company built around one idea: show up when you say you will, explain the problem in plain language, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Every technician on our Middleburg crew is background-checked, factory-trained on the equipment we install, and held to the same estimate we quote you over the phone — no upsell surprises when the truck pulls up.
One call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment window — not a call-back promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Middleburg customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
If the basement smells damp even when it looks dry, moisture is likely moving through the walls or floor somewhere.
Stair-step cracks in block foundations are a common early warning sign we see across Middleburg-area homes.
That white chalky film on basement walls is efflorescence — mineral deposits left behind as water evaporates through concrete.
If your pump is running around the clock instead of only during storms, it's worth having it evaluated before it fails completely.
If a foundation wall looks like it's leaning or bulging inward, that's beyond a simple seal and needs a full assessment.
Flooring that's cupping or warping near an exterior wall is a common clue our Middleburg crews trace back to a drainage issue.
From an emergency pump swap at 2 a.m. to a full exterior drainage system, this is the work we do in Middleburg every day.
Storm season in Middleburg, PA means our emergency line gets busy fast — we triage calls by severity so active flooding at your Middleburg address jumps the queue ahead of routine inspections.
Call for Emergency Service →Hairline cracks are how most Middleburg basements start leaking. We use hydraulic cement injection to seal the crack from the inside out, stopping the leak at the source instead of just painting over the symptom.
Get a Crack Assessment →Already have a sump pump that's failing or too small for your Middleburg lot? We'll test it, tell you honestly whether it needs replacing, and size the new one to your actual water volume — not the cheapest unit on the truck.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →For Middleburg properties fighting grading or drainage issues, an exterior French drain can intercept water before it ever reaches the foundation wall at all. We map your yard's slope and water flow before recommending which approach fits.
Ask About Drain Systems →A damp, uninsulated crawl space under a Middleburg home drives up humidity, invites mold, and wastes energy year-round. We seal it with heavy-duty vapor barrier, address any standing moisture, and can add dehumidification if needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We work directly with Middleburg property managers and business owners on below-grade waterproofing, parking structure sealing, and large-scale drainage corrections — scheduled around your operating hours.
Request a Commercial Quote →No confusing steps, no hard sell — just the same process our Middleburg crews follow on every job.

No verbal estimates that change later. What's quoted for your Middleburg job is what's invoiced.

There's no verbal quote that magically grows once the crew arrives at your Middleburg property — the written estimate is the final word.
Our trucks stage locally around Middleburg, which is why emergency calls typically get a technician on-site in under two hours, not "sometime tomorrow."
If a covered repair fails, we come back and make it right. That's written into every contract, not just promised on the phone.
We'd rather earn a repeat customer with an honest small fix than push a system you don't need.
We can supply the photo documentation and repair scope most Middleburg, PA carriers ask for before approving a claim.
Word of mouth is still how most Middleburg customers find us, which keeps our standards higher than a big out-of-town franchise.
"Called at 6am with a flooded basement and had a tech at my door by 8. No runaround, no upsell — just fixed it."
"Got quotes from three companies for a crack repair. These guys were the only ones who actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just quoting a price."
"Our old sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. They had a battery backup system installed within a day. Haven't worried about it since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, no back-and-forth, crew was professional the whole project."
"We had three foundation cracks and expected a huge bill. Turned out only one needed injection — they didn't try to sell us on the other two. That honesty is rare."
"Insurance claim was a headache until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Adjuster approved it within a week after that."
